Develop and maintain business relationships with industrial customers, OEMs, EPC companies, contractors and system integrators.
Identify recent customers and generate enquiries for industrial products.
Visit customer sites regularly to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
Promote and sell industrial instrumentation, valves, flowmeters, pressure/level/temperature instruments, control valves and other mechanical products.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations in coordination with the internal team.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations and purchase orders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
Develop new accounts and expand business with existing customers.
Understand customer specifications, datasheets and technical requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable product selection.
Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for prices, delivery schedules, technical clarifications and documentation.
Monitor competitor activities, market prices and recent business opportunities.




Maintain regular records of enquiries, quotations, customer visits, order status and sales pipeline.
Coordinate with customers, stores, purchase and accounts departments to ensure smooth order execution and payment collection.
Attend exhibitions, seminars and customer meetings as required.Role & responsibilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid industrial sales and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of industrial instrumentation, valves and mechanical products.
Ability to read and understand technical datasheets and specifications.
Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to independently plan customer visits and develop new business.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and email communication.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
