Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Noida.

The Sales

Representative will identify and engage potential customers, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, following up on leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms within company guidelines.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to address customer needs, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports.

The Sales

Representative will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity management.
Experience in consultative selling, product presentations, and closing deals.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software for tracking and reporting.
Ability to work in office in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent skilled experience.
Willingness to learn, adapt to changing customer needs, and participate in training programs.
