Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangalagiri. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers such as schools, learning centers, and parents, and presenting the company’s animation-based learning platform in a clear and compelling manner.

Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demos, following up on leads, and supporting customer onboarding. The specialist will also assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, gathering market feedback,



and collaborating with the product and training teams to improve messaging and user experience. The role requires regular reporting on sales performance, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and representing the brand at local events and educational forums.

Qualifications
Robust Communication skills, including the ability to explain product features and educational advantages clearly to diverse audiences.
Customer Service and Training skills to guide current users, support existing clients, and help educators integrate the platform into their teaching.
Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, conversions, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Ability to work on-site in Mangalagiri, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
Prior experience in EdTech, education, or software sales is an advantage.
Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media outreach, and local market dynamics in the education sector.
Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
