Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Rockwool production and plant operations to achieve production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
Drive process improvement, productivity enhancement, yield optimization and reduction of manufacturing losses.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, EHS requirements and operational best practices.
Manage manpower, production planning, shift operations and resource utilization.
Monitor plant performance through key operational KPIs and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Projects and other functions for smooth plant operations.
Develop, mentor and build a high-performing and accountable production team.
Identify prospects for automation, process improvement and cost reduction.
Support plant expansion, commissioning and scale-up initiatives as required.
Build a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
