Manager – Research, Monitoring & Impact (CSR/NGO)
Qualification
Master’s in Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Public Policy, Sociology/Social Research, Rural Development, Statistics/Data Science or related field.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in NGO/CSR, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;), Research or Impact Assessment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits, surveys and beneficiary interviews.
Develop baseline, midline and endline studies.
Monitor projects and measure outputs, outcomes and overall impact.
Develop KPIs, Theory of Change and project monitoring frameworks.
Maintain beneficiary data, MIS and supporting field evidence.
Analyse data using Excel and prepare dashboards and management summaries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Impact Reports.
Develop skilled CSR/Government reports, presentations and project documentation.
Document case studies, success stories and before/after evidence.
Verify field data and identify implementation gaps.
Coordinate with field teams, communities, schools and project stakeholders.
Support CSR proposals, Impact Assessments and donor/government documentation.
Required Skills
Solid research and analytical skills
Excellent Excel, MIS and data-management skills
Strong English report writing and presentation skills
Understanding of CSR Impact Assessment and reporting requirements
Hindi essential; Marathi preferred
Willingness to travel extensively to rural and tribal project locations
MOST KEY The candidate must be able to independently study a project from the ground level, collect and verify field data, measure actual impact, identify gaps, and convert the findings into credible, data-backed professional reports for Management, CSR Companies and Government authorities.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
