Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Printer Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair printers. The ideal candidate will provide technical support both in office and remotely, ensuring efficient operation of IT hardware and related systems.

Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Printer Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and multifunction devices Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and Printer optimization Identify hardware and software faults and provide timely resolutions Provide in office and off-site technical support to clients Maintain accurate service records, job reports,



and inventory usage Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Offer technical guidance and basic training to customers when required Required Qualifications &

Skills: Proven experience in Printer hardware repair and troubleshooting Working knowledge of printer technologies. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Valuable communication and customer-service abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply) Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site and field-based assignments as required
