Role Description The Reservations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, the qualified will manage reservations inquiries, process bookings, and update reservation systems accurately and in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer calls and messages, providing detailed information about services, pricing, and availability, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective and courteous service.

Executive will coordinate with internal teams to confirm bookings, handle modifications or cancellations, and resolve issues or complaints professionally. The role also involves upselling relevant services, maintaining records and reports, and adhering to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Candidates should possess Reservations and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage bookings and ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote services, upsell where appropriate, and support revenue targets.
Prior experience in reservations, hospitality, travel, or customer support roles is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with reservation or CRM software, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are preferred.
Ability to work in office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for shift work or weekends as needed.
Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
