Job Responsibilities
Develop and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
Acquire current customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
Identify recent markets and business opportunities for cement products.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Conduct regular market visits and support dealers/retailers in increasing sales.
Plan and execute market development activities, promotions, and dealer engagement programs.
Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis.

Mandatory Requirements

Own motorcycle

Valid Driving Licence

Willingness to travel extensively

Valuable communication and convincing skills
