Area knowledge for generating the leads .Must have NOC,NBC knowledge .Basic fire fighting rules and regulations.Collect all necessary site information and maintain it in the data sheet.Prioritize follow-ups for drawings and supporting documents; share with the design department and coordinate for additional requirements.Conduct primary/technical visits/meeting with the technical/design team and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).Technical Knowledge about Fire and Safety to solve the queries of clientBOQ Knowledge - Consultant and OSFS.BOQ preparation -OSFS .Product and Make Knowledge .Make necessary revisions to BOQ/drawings based on feedback.Post-BOQ submission, initiate primary or technical discussions between the client and OSFS; document the discussion in MOM.Conduct final meeting and collect Work Order (WO)



with agreed terms and conditions.Handover purchase order along with data and specifications to Sales Co-ordinator for further process. Coordinate with other departments as per work requirement.Hand over the project file to the sales coordinator.Follow up for any pending legal documentation.(GST details, Projects Details, Co.or mail id)Conduct a kick-off (Internal & External meeting).Work Order format Preparation.Collect and verify the Work Order, ensuring all terms and conditions are in place.Coordinate with the project team for execution till start the project. Primary quality checking of work,welding, alignment of pipe while surpise visit.Actively follow up with the client for payment collection as per agreed terms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
