ITDaksh Education is looking for a proactive and well connected Placement Officer to join our team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for managing placement activities, building relationships with companies, coordinating interviews, and supporting students throughout the placement process.

The role involves understanding student profiles, identifying suitable job opportunities, coordinating with recruiters, arranging interviews, and maintaining proper placement records. The candidate should have solid communication, coordination, and follow up skills along with an understanding of IT job roles and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage student placement activities
Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruitment agencies
Identify relevant job openings for students and eligible candidates
Share suitable job opportunities with students
Coordinate interview schedules between students and recruiters
Communicate with HR teams regarding job openings, requirements, and interview processes
Maintain student placement records and update interview and selection status




Track student applications, interviews, selections, and joining status
Support students with interview preparation and basic career guidance
Follow up with recruiters and students regularly
Coordinate placement drives, recruitment events, and interview sessions
Prepare regular placement reports and maintain accurate documentation

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of recruitment and placement processes
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
Ability to communicate professionally with HRs and recruiters
Positive relationship building and networking skills
Solid organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Previous experience in placement coordination, recruitment, HR, or education industry will be an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
