Team Leader – Sales

Salary: Depends on Interview + Incentives
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Manage B2B/industrial customer relationships.
Generate recent leads through calls, references, and market visits.
Monitor team performance and daily sales activities.
Prepare sales reports and follow up on payments/orders.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Requirements
2–5 years of sales/team-handling experience.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B/industrial sales preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
