Educational Qualification
MBA in Marketing .
Candidates with relevant placement or recruitment experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid relationships with companies and recruitment partners.




Identify and generate new placement opportunities for students.
Coordinate with employers for job openings, interviews, and recruitment drives.
Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and placement activities.
Communicate job opportunities to eligible candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
Maintain placement records, employer databases, and student placement data.
Follow up with companies and candidates to ensure successful placement.
Support students with interview preparation, career guidance, and skilled communication.
Achieve placement targets and contribute to improving the organization’s overall placement outcomes.
