Role & responsibilities The Residence Manager / Warden is responsible for the overall administration, safety, discipline, student welfare, and smooth functioning of the University hostel/residence. The role involves supervising hostel staff, ensuring compliance with University policies and SOPs, and maintaining a protected and supportive residential setting.
Provide centralized supervision of wardens, housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
Strengthen grievance handling and timely resolution of student concerns.
Ensure compliance with University policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
Improve cleanliness, hygiene, and overall facility management of hostel operations.
Enable better coordination with internal departments such as Facilities, Security,



Student Affairs,Counselling, and Medical Services.
Ensure effective handling of emergencies, incidents, and disciplinary matters.
Support a secure, structured, and student-friendly residential environment.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
Relevant experience in hostel/residential administration, student affairs, educational administration, hospitality, or facility management.
Experience in managing students and supervising staff will be an advantage.
