Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and increase qualified leads. Day-to-day activities include performing SEO audits, conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page and technical SEO elements, and managing link-building initiatives.

The SEO Manager will monitor performance using web analytics tools, collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals, and regularly report on SEO outcomes and recommendations.



The role also involves staying updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices to continuously refine SEO tactics.

Qualifications
Ability to perform comprehensive SEO Audits and implement technical and on-page recommendations.
Solid proficiency in Keyword Research and search intent analysis.
Experience with Link Building strategies, outreach, and maintaining high-quality backlink profiles.
Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, tag managers) to measure and optimize performance.
Marketing knowledge to integrate SEO with broader digital marketing and content strategies.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture from an SEO perspective.
Solid analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably in a technology or software environment.
