Recruitment Officer

Location: Trivandrum

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 year

We are looking for a performance-oriented Recruitment Officer who can handle recruitment activities, achieve hiring targets, and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand manpower requirements.
Follow up regularly to ensure targets are achieved.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.




Experience in recruitment, staffing, or manpower consultancy is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and performance-driven approach.
Good candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
