At Soma Insurance, you’ll be the first point of contact for our US customers. You’ll understand what they need, solve their insurance questions, and help them choose the right coverage.

Own the customer experience end-to-end

We’re looking for someone who
Has 0.6 –2 years of US sales / customer success / insurance experience
Is excellent at spoken English
Knows how to have a real sales conversation, not read a script




Is curious, competitive & loves solving problems
Can handle targets and tough conversations
Has a “I’ll figure it out” mindset
