We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day purchasing activities for our fabrication and engineering operations.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting suppliers, collecting quotations, negotiating prices, purchasing materials, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Visit local suppliers and vendors for material purchases and enquiries.
Source materials, consumables, tools, welding items, fabrication materials and other requirements.
Collect and compare quotations from different suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with stores and production teams regarding material requirements.
Verify material quantity and specifications before purchase.
Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Identify current suppliers and obtain competitive rates.
Arrange transportation and delivery of purchased materials when required.
Maintain purchase records, quotations,



supplier details and related documents.
Ensure materials are purchased at the right quality, quantity, price and delivery time.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
Experience in fabrication, engineering, manufacturing or industrial companies is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of local suppliers and industrial materials.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to travel to supplier locations for purchasing and follow-up.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence.

Gas / Industrial Consumables
Fasteners
Cutting Tools
Fabrication Consumables
Hardware and Engineering Items
Safety Materials
General Maintenance Materials

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
