Role Description This full time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Ahmedabad and focuses on driving growth for Servertra’s business support and digital solutions.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and present Servertra’s services to potential clients in a clear, consultative manner. The role involves managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up regularly to build long-term client relationships.

Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings, support proposals and pricing discussions, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications
Strong consultative sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with startups, entrepreneurs, and MSMEs.
Ability to understand and explain services related to business setup, compliance, certifications, funding, and digital solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools and basic office software for tracking and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
Strong customer service mindset, high level of professionalism, and ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior experience in B2B sales or in a business services, consulting, or SaaS workplace is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
