Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Control Executive with around 2 years of experience in the QSR or restaurant industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, hygiene, food safety, and operational standards across restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular quality, hygiene, and food-safety inspections at restaurant outlets.
Monitor raw materials, food preparation, storage, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety standards, and company quality policies.
Check temperature controls, expiry dates, FIFO/FEFO practices, and storage conditions.
Conduct outlet audits and identify quality or hygiene deviations.
Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor personal hygiene and food-handling practices of restaurant staff.
Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Procurement, and Store teams to resolve quality issues.
Investigate customer complaints related to food quality and identify root causes.
Maintain quality records, inspection checklists, and documentation.




Support food-safety training and awareness programs for restaurant employees.
Ensure pest control, cleaning, sanitation, and waste-management standards are followed.
Assist with supplier/raw-material quality checks when required.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in QSR, restaurants, food service, or food manufacturing.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality-control practices.
Understanding of HACCP and basic food-safety principles.
Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, temperature control, sanitation, and food storage.
Positive observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to conduct outlet audits independently.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel between restaurant outlets if required.

Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
