Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with different teams, tracking processes, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.

Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at short notice are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily processes.
Track tasks, activities, and process-related updates.
Follow up with respective teams on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
Maintain process-related records, trackers, and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor process compliance and highlight discrepancies or delays.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Maintain accurate data in Excel and internal systems.
Support the team in preparing and updating SOPs and process documentation.




Identify process gaps and suggest improvements where required.
Perform other operational and coordination activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 02 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, or similar roles can apply.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of MIS reporting.
Basic knowledge of process management.
Experience with HRMS/ERP or other business tools is an advantage.
