About the Role:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring and sales recruitment, with the ability to manage high-volume hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire
Maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT,



offer-to-join ratio, etc.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus/field hiring drives if required

Key Requirements:
15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in bulk and sales hiring
Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines
Robust sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate, BFSI, or high-growth startups is a plus
Exposure to field hiring or campus hiring drives
