We're looking for a procurement qualified with a robust background in medical consumables, surgicals or lab supplies to join our purchase team. You'll own sourcing, vendor relationships and costing for a wide product range.

As you grow, we'll train you in medical devices and equipment procurement: specifications, OEM and dealer networks, warranties, AMCs and regulatory paperwork. Device experience is not required. We will teach you.

What you'll do
Source medical consumables, surgical disposables, lab reagents and diagnostic supplies from manufacturers and distributors
Get competitive quotations, compare them and negotiate on price, terms and delivery
Build and maintain a reliable vendor base across product categories
Prepare costing sheets to support sales quotations and tender bids
Raise purchase orders and follow up through to delivery
Coordinate with sales, warehouse and accounts teams on stock, dispatch and vendor payments
Over time,



take on sourcing for medical devices and equipment with training and support from our team

What we're looking for
2–5 years in procurement or purchase for medical consumables, surgicals, lab supplies or pharma (pathalogy purchase, distributor or institutional supplier background is ideal)
Valuable knowledge of common consumables: cultures, test kits, surgicals, catheters, sutures, dressings, lab plasticware, reagents, etc.
Comfortable with Excel and ERP or accounting software (Zoho, Tally or similar)
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
A curious learner who wants to grow into a broader healthcare procurement role
Graduate in any discipline; a B.Pharm, B.Sc or supply chain background is a plus
