Position: Quality Engineer – HVAC

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect HVAC equipment, components, and installation work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and quality records.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and quality procedures.
Coordinate with production, site, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for quality compliance.
Conduct inspections of ducting, piping, insulation,



AHU/FCU, chillers, and related HVAC systems.
Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
Support internal and client quality audits.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HVAC quality control/quality assurance.
Positive knowledge of HVAC systems, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
Knowledge of relevant HVAC codes and standards.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
