Job Summary:

Looking for a customer-focused Restaurant Manager with 3–5 years of experience to manage daily dining room operations, deliver upscale guest experiences, and lead service staff in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage floor operations, welcome high-profile guests, and handle customer feedback tactfully.
Oversee point-of-sale (POS) billing, cash reconciliation, opening/closing procedures, and daily sales reports.
Conduct daily service briefings and train floor staff on menu items, beverage pairings, and upselling techniques.
Manage dining room inventory (cutlery, glassware, linen) and ensure immaculate restaurant presentation.

Requirements:
3 to 5 years in managing front-of-house operations at a fine-dining restaurant or upscale hotel outlet.
Customer relation management, POS operations, floor leadership, and team management.
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
