Role & Responsibilities
Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Leads, site teams and office teams for day-to-day project activities.
Maintain project trackers, work status, reports and documentation.
Follow up with vendors, suppliers and site teams for quotations, materials and pending activities.
Coordinate material requirements, dispatch and delivery updates.
Prepare daily and weekly project status reports.
Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Purchase and Operations teams.
Maintain project-related documents, records and official emails.
Support project execution, coordination and reporting activities.
Assist management in monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion.

Preferred Candidate Profile 1 - 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations or Infrastructure-related activities.
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.




Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust follow-up and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Experience in Telecom, Railway, Electrical, Civil or Infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel to project/site locations whenever required.
