Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Recruitment to lead and manage a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, team leadership, and achieving hiring targets across multiple domains. This role requires excellent people management skills, recruitment expertise,

and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and KPIs.
Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.




Allocate requisitions effectively and monitor team productivity.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best recruitment practices.
Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Minimum 2+ years of experience leading and managing recruitment teams.
Strong expertise in sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Experience handling volume hiring and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
