Role & Responsibilities
Manage overall restaurant operations and achieve sales and profitability targets.
Lead, develop, and motivate the store team to deliver robust business performance.
Ensure food quality, customer service, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
Monitor inventory, wastage, manpower, cash, and operational costs.
Drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and overall operational excellence.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate preferred with 5+ years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations.
Candidates with prior RGM/Restaurant Manager experience will be preferred.
Solid leadership, team management, and business acumen.
Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment with rotational shifts.
