Purchase Executive

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and knowledge

Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement of Mechanical, Electrical and General items.
Identify and evaluate suitable vendors/suppliers.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and finalize purchase orders.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and quality of materials.
Maintain proper purchase records and documentation.
Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance, Production and other departments for material requirements.




Monitor pending orders and ensure timely material availability.
Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Required Skills
2–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable knowledge of ERP / SAP S/4HANA.
Good command of MS Excel.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and general industrial items.
Valuable negotiation and vendor-management skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Immediate joiner will be preferred.
