About KRE Builders KRE Builders is a growing real-estate company focused on developing premium residential projects, including luxury villas and apartments. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.

Job Responsibilities

Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing, telecalling, property portals, and other sources. Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements. Explain project details, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers. Conduct property/site visits and provide professional project presentations. Follow up regularly with customers and maintain solid relationships.

Negotiate with customers and assist in converting leads into bookings. Achieve monthly sales and booking targets. Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM. Coordinate with the telecalling, marketing, and management teams.

Prepare daily/weekly sales activity and follow-up reports. Stay updated about project inventory, pricing, offers, and market trends.





Requirements Any Bachelor's degree / Diploma. 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Willingness to travel for site visits. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
