We are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Leader – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, field visits, references, and other marketing channels.
Guide team members in customer handling, negotiations, and closing deals.
Coordinate property/site visits with potential customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Track sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide training/coaching to team members.




Prepare and share sales performance reports with management.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas for improving sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Previous experience in managing or leading a sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to manage and motivate team members.
Good knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
Comfortable with field work and customer meetings.
Candidates with experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
