Key Responsibilities
Monitor goods received for quantity and quality, verifying model-wise quantities and rates against invoices and original purchase orders.
Prepare showroom-wise stock distribution lists with EF Code, Brand, Model, Colour, Size, Quantity, and EF/SF Code summary.
Maintain accurate records of goods ordered and received in Excel.
Place orders for Frames, Sunglasses, Accessories, Spares, and Stationery with respective vendors after obtaining necessary approvals.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of bulk orders and urgent customer requirements.
Create Purchase Orders and Goods Received Notes (GRN) in Navision.
Coordinate with Dispatch Staff for showroom-wise distribution and physical verification of goods.
Coordinate with the QR Team for QR code processing and ensure timely completion.
Prepare purchase, sales, stock, and other reports as required by Management, including SOR stock reports.
Coordinate SOR stock returns, defective goods,



replacements, and Credit Note processing with suppliers.
Resolve vendor-related supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues.
Prepare Frames/Sunglasses price lists with Management approval and communicate price revisions or current stock arrivals to showrooms.
Track orders and communicate shortages, backlogs, and delivery delays to the Ordering Team.
Arrange vendor samples and coordinate courier deliveries to showrooms and suppliers.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/BMS preferred). Experience: 2–4 years in Purchase, Inventory, or Stores Coordination.

Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Excel, purchase documentation, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
