Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle client communication, prepare quotations, follow up with prospective clients, and support the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Communicate with clients professionally through calls, emails, and meetings.
Prepare and share quotations and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
Follow up with prospective clients on quotations and ongoing discussions.
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
Coordinate with the operations/recruitment team to understand manpower requirements and service availability.
Maintain records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms with clients when required.




Track sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Relationship Management.
Experience in Facility Management, Staffing, Manpower Services, or related industries will be preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
Robust follow-up and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.

Pay: ₹20,059.82 - ₹28,558.63 per month
