CRM system.
Focus on quality of work done by team members and ensuring regular review of work done by team members to build aquality driven culture and also mentor them for improving their performance.
Resolving Audit and Service qualities teams queries on timely manner and also communicate with team members fortheir errors and ensuring that same errors are not to be repeated in future.
Taking close follow up with IT team, for resolving IT related issues of service requests which are pending and ensuringthat same is resolved with end-to-end solution given by IT team.




Daily Authorisation of transactions amounting more than 5 Crores specially for Closure requests of Current and

Saving accounts, DD/Pay Order Cancellation Request.
Daily Processing of SR Request Types such as Deaf Accounts Processing, Account Closure Requests, Updation of

Penalty Waiver Flag on Premature FD Closure, Updation of Cash Enhancement Transaction Limit, Earnest

Money Deposits Closure (Third Party FD Closure)
EOD of core banking system (Finacle) for department has to be done and ensuring that no financial and nonfinancial entries are pending for authorization prior system hand over to IT team.
