Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Additional certification in Quality Management will be an advantage

Experience required range - 8 years to 15 years

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a robust, shop-floor-oriented Quality Manager who can drive quality improvement through hands-on involvement, technical problem-solving and effective team management—not merely focus on documentation.

The ideal candidate should be:
Technically robust with practical shop-floor exposure
Hands-on in quality problem-solving
Capable of independently identifying Root Cause
Strong in Supplier Quality and Production Quality
Experienced in handling Customer Quality Complaints
Effective in team management and leadership
Able to coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Purchase and Service
Focused on prevention and continuous improvement, rather than inspection alone

Key Responsibility The Quality Manager will be expected to establish and strengthen a prevention-oriented quality system, improve process discipline, reduce recurring quality issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction. Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
