Role & responsibilities :
Develop, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems for industrial automation projects.
Design and implement control logic using PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, or Omron.
Configure and develop HMI and SCADA applications.
Perform commissioning, startup, and site support for automation systems.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC programs, electrical control systems, and communication networks.
Integrate PLCs with drives, sensors, robots, vision systems, and other industrial equipment.
Prepare technical documentation, including program backups, IO lists, functional specifications, and operation manuals.
Support production teams in improving machine performance, uptime, and process efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company automation guidelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Electrical Design, Maintenance, Production, and Quality departments.
