Procure road construction materials such as Bitumen, Cement, Aggregates, WMM, GSB, Steel, Pipes, Geotextiles, etc.
Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for competitive rates and quality.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and process purchase orders.
Coordinate with Project/Site, Stores, Accounts, and Management for material requirements and timely delivery.
Monitor material quality, quantity, rates, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Develop and maintain a reliable vendor/supplier database.
Maintain purchase records, POs, quotations, invoices, and other procurement documentation.
Ensure procurement is carried out as per company policies, approved budgets, and project requirements.
