Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Prepare and share quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other required documents.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, orders, and dispatches.
Coordinate with production, logistics, accounts, and other departments for timely order execution.
Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and sales representatives.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve routine issues promptly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and other sales-related documents.
Track pending orders, deliveries, payments, and other follow-up activities.
Support the sales team in achieving customer service and operational objectives.
Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹11,553.14 - ₹31,375.39 per month
