Minimum Requirements
Education: BDS/MDS (Mandatory)
Experience: 8+ years in Operations/Business Development, with proven P&L; responsibility for medium to large business units.
Skill Set:
Solid networking, business development, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities
In-depth knowledge of regional markets and strong doctor network
Excellent presentation and adaptability skills

Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Define and implement short- and long-term business plans.
Revenue &

Drive sales growth and meet/exceed revenue and margin targets.
Monitor KPIs, optimize costs, and implement pricing strategies.
Market Expansion
Identify and evaluate opportunities for regional growth.

Financial Management
Manage regional budgets and resource allocation.
Track financial performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
Compliance &

Drive growth of existing network and support current franchise development.

Support franchisees in setup, compliance, and operations per company standards.
