Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience specifically in the Rotogravure Cylinder / Printing Industry to coordinate customer orders, cylinder requirements, production, dispatch, and sales follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate with customers regarding gravure cylinder requirements and orders. ● Understand customer inputs, cylinder specifications, and job requirements. ● Prepare quotations, order details, and sales-related documentation. ● Coordinate with Pre-Press, Production, Quality and Dispatch teams. ● Track cylinder/job status from order receipt to dispatch. ● Follow up with customers regarding approvals, changes, delivery schedules, and payments. ● Maintain customer records, order status, and sales reports in Excel/ERP.
● Coordinate with the sales team for regular customer follow-ups. ● Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution. ● Maintain proper documentation of customer orders and cylinder specifications.
Candidate Profile: ● 2–5 years of experience in Rotogravure Cylinder / Printing Industry is mandatory.
● Candidates from Gravure Cylinder Manufacturing companies preferred.
● Valuable understanding of the gravure cylinder manufacturing and printing process.
● Knowledge of cylinder specifications, artwork/pre-press coordination, production and dispatch processes.
● Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills
● Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
● Ability to coordinate with customers and multiple internal departments
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,375.39 per month
