SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
The Engineer –
Execution supports site construction activities by supervising works, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring execution as per drawings, quality standards and safety norms. The role assists senior engineers and site leads in achieving project milestones.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Financial / Functional Perspective
Reduce material wastage and rework
Support productivity and cost control
Assist in achieving billing and milestone targets
Monitor material consumption at site
Customer Perspective
Ensure works are executed as per committed timelines and quality
Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections
Support resolution of site-level issues
Improve stakeholder satisfaction through disciplined execution
Internal Process Perspective
Supervise day-to-day construction activities
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety norms
Coordinate with QA/QC, safety and MEP teams
Monitor contractor manpower and productivity
Prepare daily progress and inspection reports
Maintain site records and documentation

Minimum Qualifications
Engineering Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

3–6 years in construction execution

Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, quality and safety systems, and reporting.
