We are looking for an AWS AI/ML professional with solid Agentic AI expertise and hands-on experience in Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Skills & Experience:

7–8 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering.

Robust hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions on AWS.

Experience with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands, and related AWS AI services.

Strong understanding of classical AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models.

Positive understanding of NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, tool calling, and agent orchestration.

Experience designing and implementing multi-agent / autonomous AI workflows.

Strong understanding of evaluation, guardrails, observability, and responsible AI.

Prior experience in Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is highly preferred.

Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions and work closely with clients and technical teams.

Good to have: Experience with MCP, A2A, LangGraph, vector databases, model evaluation, and AWS-native AI architecture.

Design and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions on AWS.
Build intelligent AI agents using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands, and AWS AI services.




Architect scalable multi-agent and autonomous AI workflows.
Develop and deploy RAG-based applications leveraging vector search and knowledge retrieval.
Implement LLM-powered solutions including tool calling, orchestration, and workflow automation.
Build and optimize NLP, Generative AI, and Deep Learning models for business use cases.
Design AWS-native AI architectures with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Implement embeddings, semantic search, and vector database integrations.
Establish robust model evaluation, guardrails, observability, and responsible AI frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
Lead technical design reviews and provide guidance on AI architecture and best practices.
Develop healthcare-focused AI solutions across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs and cloud-native services.
Support client engagements, solution demonstrations, and presales activities.
Mentor engineering teams and drive innovation in Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies.
