Key Responsibilities
Own sales targets and drive growth across assigned territory
Lead and manage DGO & Assistant Managers to deliver performance
Expand and activate dealer/distributor network
Drive platform adoption & digital transactions
Build solid relationships with retailers, fabricators & contractors
Track market trends, competition, and ensure execution excellence
Ideal Profile
Experience in retail sales of downstream steel or B2B ecommerce (building materials)
Proven team handling experience (field sales)
Solid ownership, execution focus, and stakeholder management
