Role & responsibilities
Sales Coordinator - Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team and customers for daily sales activities.
Handle inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain customer records, sales data, and documentation.
Prepare sales reports and MIS using MS Excel.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Required Skills: Positive communication, coordination, follow-up skills, MS Excel, CRM/ERP knowledge, and attention to detail.
