KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage key client accounts, relationships, briefs, and expectations.
Coordinate with creative, production, marketing, and vendor teams.
Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, estimates, and commercial quotes.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, costs, margins, and profitability.
Handle client negotiations, feedback, revisions, and urgent requirements.
Drive business development, upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
Manage vendors, deliverables, and project requirements.
Resolve issues and ensure smooth, timely project execution.




Manage multiple accounts with proper documentation and follow-ups.
Mentor junior team members and identify prospects for growth and revenue.
