Key Responsibilities
Solid command over Tally Prime & Accounting Concepts.
Maintain Receivable & Payable reports and reconciliations.
Handle land purchase/sale accounting entries.
Maintain records of payments & advances to farmers/landowners.
Maintain complete land purchase/sale documentation and payment records.
Basic working knowledge of Capital Gain calculations.
Handle TDS deductions, payments & compliances.
Manage bank payments & Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
Ensure proper and timely documentation, filing & record keeping.Role & responsibilities
