Site Coordinator – Company: Capkon Landmark DevelopersQualification
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day construction site activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
Monitor daily work progress and provide regular updates to management.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other site requirements.
Follow up on material deliveries and ensure timely availability at the site.
Assist in resolving day-to-day site issues and coordination problems.
Monitor the quality of construction work and report any discrepancies.
Coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain daily site records, work reports, and other relevant documentation.
Ensure site activities follow safety, quality, and company requirements.




Attend site meetings and communicate instructions to the concerned teams.
Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion.
Assist the project team in maintaining the overall construction schedule.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.
Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Relevant experience in construction/site coordination is preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and site documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a construction site workplace.

Pay: ₹10,498.84 - ₹34,392.30 per month
