Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee Vrs Universal’s social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing content calendars, creating and publishing posts, managing community interactions, and optimizing social media performance through analytics and insights.

The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to support recruitment campaigns,



training programs, and consulting services through targeted social media initiatives. This is a full time, in office role based in Indore.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging content and interact effectively with online audiences.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop effective content plans aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and platform insights to track performance and refine strategies.
Candidates should possess the ability to work in office in Indore and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communication is beneficial.
A degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
