We are looking for an experienced Senior Tele-Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Experience
3–4+ years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or lead conversion.
Preferred background:
Real Estate
Interior Design
Architecture / Construction
Luxury Residential / Commercial Projects
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and WhatsApp
Understand client requirements and qualify prospects
Follow up consistently and convert leads into site visits/meetings
Coordinate with the design and sales teams
Maintain lead records and follow-up reports
Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets
Build solid relationships with prospective clients
Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Robust follow-up and negotiation abilities
Sales-oriented and target-driven
Skilled Hindi & English communication
Candidates based in Dehradun preferred
Experience handling high-value real estate/interior design leads will be an advantage
