Hiring: Team Leader – Telesales
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 years in Telesales/Sales Team Leadership
Industry: Matrimony / Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of telesales executives.
Drive sales targets, conversions and revenue.
Monitor calls, performance and daily sales metrics.
Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Handle escalations and improve team performance.
Requirements: Robust telesales/sales team leadership experience
Hardcore B2C sales experience preferred – EdTech, Insurance, BFSI, Matrimony, etc.
Punjabi speaking & understanding is MANDATORY. Candidates who do not know Punjabi should NOT apply.
Robust communication, sales and people-management skills.
