We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with solid expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, HRMS, employee engagement, training & development, and people management.

Candidates with a solid background in the real estate industry are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
Handle talent acquisition and recruitment for various positions
Develop and implement effective HR policies and processes
Manage HRMS, employee records and HR documentation
Drive employee engagement and workplace initiatives
Coordinate training and development programs
Support performance management and employee relations
Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR strategy
Ensure smooth onboarding and employee experience
Handle day-to-day HR administration and compliance-related activities

Required Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of relevant HR experience
Real estate industry experience is mandatory
Robust experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
Hands-on knowledge of HRMS
Experience in employee engagement and training & development




Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good leadership and people-management abilities
Ability to independently manage HR functions
Candidates based in or willing to work from Vashi / Navi Mumbai are preferred

Compensation Salary: As per market and industry standards, based on experience and suitability.
